Much of the time those 90 days are fully booked. I do get cancellations; you can add yourself to the cancellation list at the bottom right of this page or send me an email to let me know you are looking for a cancellation. I hold my schedule offline past 90 days to make room for people looking to do a series of work with me. Meaningful change is more likely to occur within a series, and I live for meaningful change! Whether we endeavor to support your recovery from an injury or illness, unwind patterns of repetitive strain, or compassionately integrate a difficult experience your body is holding for you, a series of sessions is the most rewarding way to go. Series work might be:

• Initial Somatic Experiencing set- three to six sessions, biweekly
• Basic Structural Integration series- ten sessions, weekly or biweekly
• Short set of Structural Integration– three to six sessions, weekly or biweekly
• Whatever your body needs when you show up- three to ten sessions, biweekly

The best way to get a series set up is to contact me directly. When you do, tell me a little bit about how I can help you, what times of the day/days of the week generally work for you, and how many sessions you are wanting to set up. I will get back to you with some possibilities which will very likely be three to four months from the time you contact me.

The rate you pay is an agreement we make as two humans living in an expensive city with bodies to take care of and other financial obligations to uphold. It is my desire to be of service to folks who need bodywork, and it is my reality that I have to charge for it in a way that sustains me. I have set my rates at a place that will do so, but in an effort to be of service to a broader spectrum of people in my community I will work on a sliding scale when necessary. First:

• Do you have health insurance that will pay for out of network *massage benefits with the right paperwork? (*All of my work is “massage” to the insurance companies.)
• Do you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) you can use?
• Can you see me at longer intervals or do a shorter session? If you are used to a monthly session at $120, could you do every six weeks at $145? If you usually do 90 minutes, would 75 work?
• We can set up a payment plan to spread out the cost of the work you receive. This makes the most sense for work done in a series, but could also work for regular sessions.
• If you have something to trade or barter with, let’s talk.

At this time we are not preferred providers in any health insurance networks.
If your health insurance offers out-of-network massage benefits we can furnish you with the proper paperwork to try to get our work reimbursed at the out-of-network rate if you wish.

For all clients billing insurance of any kind, we ask that you have a prescription for massage from your doctor, regardless of whether your plan says you need one. Your prescription must include the proper ICD-10 diagnosis code/s and the number of sessions prescribed. Please note: our correspondence address is not our physical location address, and we do not have a fax machine. For correspondence address please ask your bodywork practitioner.

PIP and L & I claims will require that we send along our treatment notes with billing. We will ask you to sign this form:
